Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers who have taken bank loans
- Confirm repayment plans (Full payment or Installments)
- Record customer feedback and report to the manager
- Communicate entirely in Urdu for local-level interactions
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in Urdu
- Basic customer dealing skills
- Responsible and punctual work ethic
