We are a new and growing U.S.-based digital marketing startup looking for a talented WordPress Web Designer with strong skills in Elementor. As a startup, we value team members who are proactive, flexible, and excited to grow with us. Youll be helping us build clean, responsive websites for local businesses like daycares, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Design 45 page websites using Elementor (Home, About, Services, Contact, Gallery/FAQ)

• Customize WordPress themes with branding, colors, images, and copy provided

• Ensure all sites are mobile-responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly

• Set up essential plugins (e.g., Yoast SEO, WPForms, Contact Form 7)

• Perform revisions based on client feedback

• Collaborate with our team using Trello or Notion for task tracking

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing with Elementor on WordPress

• Strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive design

• Ability to use templates, follow instructions, and meet deadlines

• Familiar with Google Drive, Canva, and basic SEO structure

• Comfortable with remote work and communication (WhatsApp, email, etc.)

• Solid English reading/writing ability

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Graphic design using Canva or Adobe Express

• Website speed optimization

• Hosting/cPanel experience

• Familiarity with DNS, domains, and SSL setup
