· Assist in deposit portfolio growth / management based on MIS, market trend, competition, bank’s strategy as well as economic conditions to meet business targets
· Support new deposit product development including fine-tuning product features and process streamlining to ensure product competitiveness for individual and corporate customers
· Assist in development of short and long term marketing strategies and campaigns to boost deposit revenue and related fee income to the bank
· Bring operational efficiency in the existing workflows / procedures and digitize
· Liaise with internal departments and other external parties to deliver quality service and achieve business deliverables in an effective and timely manner
· Continuously scan the competition/market and report on emerging trends or any new development or business opportunities
· Plan annual calendar of product promotion campaigns and ensure its implementation and monitor results for corrective actions, if any
· Support branches and sales teams for client presentations, meeting etc. whenever required.
Interact with IT department for new System requirements/ enhancements, UAT and implementation.
