Our Support team is the first point of contact for our US based organization with service or technical issues. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to provide excellent customer service to our US based organization and are enthusiastic about problem solving with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have strong personality while using their polite verbal communication skills.
Candidate must have Strong English Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
-Answer and resolve support requests in an efficient and timely manner via phone, email and/or chat
-Prioritize and manage internal and external requests
-Maintain a high level of communication with clients on status updates, time to resolution and proposed solutions
