| Job Description: |
HRSI is looking for candidates for the role of " QCC Specialist (Quality Control Cycle Specialist)" for one of the E-commerce clients based in Karachi.
(Note): fluent in English / Communication skills. Communication, Education; Initiative; Problem-Solving
Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Perform physical Quality Check of items of various categories and types, especially, technical and electronic items
- Follow guidelines and procedures set for the department and different processes like item placement and Quality Check.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with the end-to-end process for Quality Check
- Escalate any problems during the processing to all relevant stakeholders timely
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and troubleshoot problems timely.
- Be responsible for daily operations performance (Productivity, quality) to reach expected targets the day and hour
- Be responsible for making to process all return items assigned correctly and timely to maintain a good customer experience
