1. Work with advanced analytics, reporting & BI applications to support decision-making processes for all key users within the Incubation team as well as the broader SMP department.

2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

3. Develop and implement data analyses processes, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and overall processes.

4. Use data and analytics to devise strategies for new seller activation and improving overall new seller performance at Daraz.

5. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

6. Develop dashboards.

7. Automate data and reporting to optimize processes.

8. Closely monitor performance against various metrics and manage all relevant reporting.
