| Job Description: |
- Assist in completing the registration process in various furniture industry-related trade shows and exhibitions as per Head BD & CS instructions.
- Actively participate in registered trade shows and exhibitions.
- Achieve trade-specific sales targets.
- Exchange visiting cards on fairs and then pursue with prospective clients for business.
- Use various sources as per procedure to tap new customers.
- Prepare daily / weekly visit plan and share with Head BD.
- Regularly visit corporate clients to generate new leads.
- Suggest and work on any new innovative methods to generate sales leads.
- Work on sales lead rigorously to mature them.
- Consistently remain in contact with new corporate clients to understand their needs, wants and translate them into relevant designs through suggestive selling techniques.
- Visit offices and perspective clients’ premises to give personalized attention.
- Deliver presentations to clients for sales generation purposes.
- Achieve assigned sales target of corporate sales.
- Ensure timely recoveries against all sales.
- Give excellent service and support to corporate clients throughout the sales maturity cycle.
- Keep clients engaged & updated throughout the production process and amicably handle queries, variations & deviations (if any).
- Give excellent service and support to corporate clients after delivery through the after-sales services team.
