The Business Development Executive needs to be the one who is ready to accept the challenges and is self-driven. Experience on business to business sales will be preferred while call center experience will be a plus. He/She needs to be the one who possess exceptional communication & selling skills along with business understanding

Key Skills

• The Business Development team member needs to be someone who is ready to accept the challenge
• Is self-motivated and driven
• Has experience in business to business sales
• Be able to dial the warm leads as researched by him/her and provided by the team lead.
• Needs to possess exceptional English speaking, writing and selling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability work with a CRM system
• Must be presentable, be familiar with using social media and LinkedIn
• Comfortable working in late afternoon/early night shifts.
• Well-versed with CRM usage and data management

Key Responsibilities

• Cold/Warm Calling of clients by region
• Email Prospecting
• Updating CRM with required details
• Researching Leads
• Any other business development activity as required by the Manager
