Innovative Ideas (Pvt) Ltd is looking for “Assistant Manager Operations” based in Islamabad Head Office to oversee all aspects of the ride hailing operations
1. Be active in all of the field operations and work closely with respective supervisors.
2. Manage a team 50 riders or more to coordinate the operation tasks.
3. Solve any technical and operational issues for customers and responding to customers complaints as needed.
4. Route planning and task prioritization.
5. Relay feedback and provide ongoing suggestion to the management team.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the senior management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. A candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a ride hailing company or with similar experience in call center .
2. Graduation from a reputed university of Pakistan (Masters will be a plus)
3. Detail-oriented, processed-minded, and well-experienced in operation management.
4. Exceptional communication and organization skills.
5. Clear communicator.
