A US based construction company is looking for a well-qualified individual who is sharp, intelligent and a quick learner, who is also willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Those willing to apply for this job must fulfill the below-mentioned mandatory requirements:

•  Must have degree in ENGINEERING, ACCOUNTING or FINANCE
• Must have His/her own laptop and a reliable internet source.  
• Available to work 7 days a week from 8am - 5pm (EST).
•  Must have a backup power source in case of power crisis.             
• Able to use the internet effectively.

The resource will be required to do the following tasks:

•  Managing day-to-day operations and coordinating closely with the USA team. 
• Scheduling and follow up of work. 
•  Correspondence with the customer through email
• Bookkeeping 
• Monitor and report on all operational activities.
• Maintain digital record of all business documents (invoices, contract, purchase orders etc)
• Managing timely reconciliation of invoicing data with the customer enabling quick settlement of receivables.

Functional Skills:

• Strong business management skills
•  Excellent hands-on experience of MS Excel 
• Strong solution orientation 
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in high pressure environment.
