| Job Description: |
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new sales from the assigned territory.
- Maximize revenue from each assigned (existing) customer by upselling, cross-selling and finding other new opportunities.
- Act as key interface between the customer and all related divisions of the company
- Ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas
- Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.
- Reporting of performance on regular basis for ongoing business.
- Ensuring timely invoicing to the customer
- Ensuring timely recovery from the customer

- Knowledge of Freight and Logistics market
Experience
- Extensive experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service and Key Account Management.
