- Currently, we are looking for Client Communication Executive for our clients based in New York, Candidate must be fluent in English (spoken, listening & writing).
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors (14 Years)
- 1+ year's call center experience or in any other related domain.
- Exceptional engagement and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to participate in overall client satisfaction.
Duties
- Client Communication (phone and email), resolving client issues, handle and escalate queries. Serve as single point of contact.
- Calling to assigned Insurances/Providers based in the USA.
- Other duties assigned by management
