Roles and Responsibilities
· Generate new sales from the assigned territory.
· Maximize revenue from each assigned (existing) customer by upselling, cross-selling and finding other new opportunities.
· Act as key interface between the customer and all related divisions of the company
· Ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas
· Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.
· Reporting of performance on regular basis for ongoing business.
· Ensuring timely invoicing to the customer
· Ensuring timely recovery from the customer

Experience
· Extensive experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service and Key Account Management.
