- Upto 5 years of experience as Human Resource Manager in Multinational Company (Consultancy Firm preferred)
- Familiarity with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Word in particular)
- Excellent math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and statistics
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
