| Job Description: |
- Manage the payroll team for efficient operations of processing company’s payroll.
- Guide the payroll team to perform their duties related to payroll operations according to the SOP.
- Verify the working related to payroll processing of whole payroll department & make sure that payroll is processed error free.
- Scrutiny of travelling expenses of all staff as per company SOP.
- Checking of Income tax deductions on monthly basis for all the employees.
- Verification of leaves posting working according to the company policy.
- Review the leave encashment of all the employees as per SOP.
- Verification of overtime working of all the staff.
- Scrutiny of PF loan deductions, Vehicle loan, monthly provident fund deductions.
- Verify the employee wise provident fund detail report for Finance Section.
- Review the reports as required by management & Govt Institutions.
- Reconciliations of all deductions (Mess, EOBI, Medical etc.) on time of payroll processing.
- Verification of employee final settlements as per SOP.
- Managing EOBI facilitation system of online Payment & new EOBI cards.
- Review all the working of Payroll department carried out by the Payroll team, by going through each increase / decrease with the help of supporting documents provided by HR department approved by the competent authority.
- Looking after transport section in the Vehicle Registration, Vehicle Insurance, Token Tax, Allotment of vehicle under the instructions of Management.
- Repairing of Vehicles through Insurance company.
