Job Role:

• We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to assist in the day to day project management and leadership activities related to project delivery and execution.
• This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approach in guiding and supporting cross-functional project teams.
• The PM will collaborate with their team members, including Product Owners, Developers, and Designers.
• The PM will also be responsible for identifying and removing bottlenecks, facilitating discussions for making appropriate process decisions, and creating solutions to overcome obstacles.

Job Description:

• Create and execute project work plans and revise them to meet the requirements.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Track and report team hours and expenses weekly.
• Identifies the required resources and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies our methodologies and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Conduct meetings with clients.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on a project.
• Familiar with different software development methodologies.
• Exceptional English Communication skills.

Qualifications:

• BS(CS) or equivalent experience is required.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as sound knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Rs 60,000.00 - Rs 100,000.00 per month
