| Job Description: |
- To answer all inbound- outbound calls.
- To take account of all inbound and outbound posts and parcels.
- To communicate efficiently and courteously with customers and other stakeholders of the company via telephone, emails, face to face.
- To handle all customer complaints and channelize them to the right department; which may be complex or long-standing problems that customer service assistants have passed on.
- To ensure all customer complaints are resolved within the minimum time frame.
- To inform clients about the repair and maintenance charges; where applicable.
- To write and present customer feedback, customer complaint rectification, delivery and installation and other reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for CEO and all Directors.
- To assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- To develop and maintain a filing system
- To place timely orders for office supplies and stationary.
- To handle multiple projects.
- To assist and report directly to the Director Operations.
- To assist the team members when required
