We are offering exciting opportunity as Customer Service Representative, who is patient, energetic, friendly, and one who takes pride in his or her ability to learn quickly, and sees problems as challenges.
Responsibilities;
· To handle customers according to a sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
· Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential clients and resolve customer issues.
· Handling customer inquiries and promoting offered services to call-ins, leads and referrals.
· Perform data entry services for the company in regards to punching in customer information, call logs, and successful sales.
· Assist all the clients during business hours coming through live chat / Emails and respond promptly to their inquiries.
Requirements;
· Prior 1-2 years of experience as customer support/client management
· Education: O/A Levels or Bachelors required.
· Ability to multitask effectively.
· American Accent preferable.
· Must have good verbal and written English skills.
· Should be target oriented, hardworking, and punctual.
· Ability to work shifts covering US timings (Night Shift).
· Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively.
Location: DHA Phase VII, Karachi.
Timings: 7 pm – 4 am.
Pay Scale: PKR 35,000 depending upon experience.
