| Job Description: |
- Engage in the software development process, including analysis, design and coding
- Analyze and capture customer requirements
- Perform as an individual as well as a lead to develop an Enterprise Solution with coordination of management, technical leads, product owners, and other team members
- Lead development team to apply software engineering best practices and implement automation across all elements of product
Knowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of back-end technologies based on both J2EE and latest frameworks like Spring
- Experience in developing Web Services (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Ajax) and Web Applications
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Strong object-oriented analysis & programming skills is preferred
- Additional experience with Oracle and MySQL databases, SQL and Linux/Unix Shell scripting is preferred
- Experience with the TDD approach, unit testing, mocking, integration/UI testing and behavior driver testing
- Experience with relational databases
- Strong in problem-solving skills, algorithm development and data structures
- Experience in ERP solutions development will be preferred
