| Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate instructions issued by Administrator Faisalabad.
- Keep and maintain departmental record.
- Maintain professional growth by keeping abreast of HR trends and practices.
- Maintain a well-structured CV data base.
- Prepare reports of department activities on daily/ weekly/monthly basis, as required.
- Facilitate staff and ensure any problems and delays are addressed accordingly.
- Receive calls, provide timely feedback and resolve issues.
- Conduct training need analysis and coordinate with Head of the Departments and In-charges to determine training needs for employees of their respective departments/ areas.
- Provide relevant information to candidates, employees, and visitors and referring to appropriate person, if required.
