Job Description

• Ensuring availability at Front Desk during Office Hours (9 AM - 6 PM)


• Dealing with Space Visitors and managing their visits.


• Accepting packages and ensuring proper Mail Distribution for Members.


• Ensuring that the Front Desk provides a professional and friendly service to customers (members and visitors)


• Handling all sales correspondence and conversions following. Sales Process for the assigned Leads


• Ensuring 90%+ occupancy at all times


• Managing membership upgrades, downgrades, and termination at all times


• Selling Meeting Room Hours, Event Space and Virtual office plans.


• Ensure a high level of product knowledge at all times


• Projecting the right brand image during sales communication, visits, and meetings with clients, visitors, and guests


• Adhering to the grooming standards keeping in mind that this is a customer-facing position
