Job Description:

To pursue and follow up technical sales and support to assigned group of industries, projects, clients within Multan region and/or other nearby cities. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Provide internal and external technical expertise and counsel relating to company products and their marketability.
  • Provide research, analytical and promotional support in developing competitive information, product requirements and marketing strategies.
  • Productive visit schedule for regular sales and projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Serve multiple market channels such as Front End Sales, manufacturing representatives, original equipment manufacturers and end-users.
  • Well aware with single line diagram (SLD), billing of quantities (BOQs), compliance sheet, selects models against competitors and costing.
  • Conduct awareness presentations at client end and in house.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Should be well aware of taxes, cost and freight (C&F/CFR), freight on board (FOB), ex stock freights, delivery time and other commercial matters. 
  • Keeping check on sampling, replacement items, free of cost (FOC), warranty and execution.
  • Full aware with electrical, control, automations and pneumatic components.
  • Provide support or recommendations for campaign strategies and related communications.
  • Ensure the submission of timely reports, documents sales activities and customer visits.
  • Coordinate with the recovery team for reconciling and timely collection of outstanding payments and related matters.
  • Provide prompt backup support to customers; give positive response on customer calls, and provide feedback for action taken to resolve queries.
  • Communicate and liaison with the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and hence to assure customer satisfaction.
