We are looking for an Office Receptionist. Who must be confident, well-groomed and conversant in English with strong communication and reporting skills and must have knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word programs.
- Meeting and greeting clients/ Data entry
- Arranging meetings
- Arranging couriers
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls / Handling and responding if required
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post / Responding as per duty
